Eating your way to good health

Good Health is a secret of every happy man. There is an old saying that "Health is Wealth" Why it is so. Have you ever think about it. Why health is wealth because if your health is good then you are good if you are good then you work properly if you work properly then you get wealth.

Good health can be define as if your body is free from mental and body disease. If a person losses his health then he also loss happiness from his life. If you want to know more about it then ask person who is suffering from diseases. He will tell you the real truth of men who is suffering from diseases. If you don't have a good health then you don't have interest in living. At that there is one thought which is in your mind please god give me death.

If you want a good health then you have to give rest to your mind because if your mind is relax then your body is also feel relax. Body can be healthy if you have a healthy mind. So, make your mind stronger and healthy by taken some good nutrients. If you want a fit body then you have to take maximum amount of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrate and water. Water is much needed thing in our body. But one thing kept in your mind don't eat access amount of food because it make your digestive system weak. So you can suffer from the digestive problem. If you regularly warm your body, do exercise, yoga and many more then your didn't caught by any diseases.

Good health can be obtain in any way but health can't be maintain for ex- if you want to make a good body you are doing continue two to three months exercise and going gyms. And at last you got a Good body with good health but you can maintain it tell your death it can't be possible for any person to maintain it. Because today generation is very much fond of smoking. When they smoke their lungs become weak, it also decrease the level of your energy and make your body weak that is the end of your fit body. So if you want Good Health then you have to "Quit Smoking".

One more thing today mostly people is suffering from any diseases because today everything is hybrid, the food which we are eating is not containing proper amount of nutrients, the water which we are drinking it is also not pure and the air under which we are living is also not Good for our health because today there are to many vehicle running on the road and polluting the air so we are not getting pure Health. Pollute air we are taking and becoming ill.

But I truly say to everybody that nobody can live in today world free from diseases. If he or she is living in this world then he or she is also suffering from diseases. Maximum Body Health - An Integrated Systems Approach

Your body is an incredible and miraculous biological organism or "machine". It has several systems that work together to keep it running smoothly & efficiently. But, like any organized system or machine, it needs the proper ingredients or materials and care, to continue working properly. . .

"Any disease or illness or lack of life energy is a symptom of a breakdown in the perfect operating systems of your body."

In brief, here are the systems that need to work at peak efficiency in order for you to feel great continuously, to have abundant energy and live a long healthy life.
*Digestive & Elimination system
*Detoxification or Purification systems
*Immune & Disease Fighting systems
*Circulation systems
*Regulation systems
*Neurological system
*Structural systems

On top of all this, we have the Energy Systems and the Thought Systems that have a tremendous influence on our overall health. (See the corresponding categories for more info). From an integrated standpoint, all these systems work together to create optimum or maximum health. For instance, if you are eating well, and exercising, but at the same time thinking negative thoughts and feeling nasty feelings about your body, do you think you will have optimum health? Don't let this seemingly complex array of systems slow you down. As we said, we are going to keep it simple, but you do need to get at least familiar with how your body keeps itself healthy in order to make wise decisions about your habits & practices.

The digestive system is where most of your nutrition for every cell in your body is absorbed or assimilated. If it isn't working properly, how is your body possibly going to stay healthy? When your cells divide or reproduce, how are they going to grow into healthy cells? As you can see, the effects of having a clogged up or diseased digestive system will be devastating to the whole body.

The Detoxification system is responsible for removing dangerous and unwanted impurities from your blood & cells. The liver, along with the lymphatic system are the main players here. Without a proper functioning detox system, you will become ill. The pollution will mount up and the blood will carry it throughout your body. If it breaks down too far you will simply die. Again, their importance cannot be overstated.

Right now, what you need to know is that you can give your body what it needs to rejuvenate these systems. If you cleanse and heal your digestion and detox systems, they will take care of healing the rest of your body... As long as you then properly nourish them and keep them fit and functional.

Where Do Illnesses Come From?

A big contributor to the health care crisis we face is the concern of people who worry about coming down with a devastating illness, and the feared high costs associated with major medical problems. The logical way to look at this is to understand that any illness is either "self induced" or "an act of God".

When I say "self induced" I am speaking of any disease or illness one comes down with because their body is not healthy enough to ward it off such as "common colds" or "headaches" just to mention a couple. Or how about being involved in a car accident because one was driving too fast, or ski accidents, or more complicated problems because you are overweight and eat too much contributing to high blood pressure and other problems.

The other source of illness I call "acts of God" and would include birth defects, inherited tendencies to such problems as diabetes, etc. But I think MOST illnesses are life style problems and here there is relief. If a person eats properly and exercises regularly, that person will eliminate well over FIFTY PERCENT of the "possible" illnesses or diseases that one could possibly come down with. Being healthy is not easy, it takes work, but it is a whole lot more fun to live a healthy life style than to be sick most of the time. You should try it!!

My answer to the posed question: I am a firm believer that most of our medical problems come as a result of our life style. All of you self-pity people out there are not going to like being made to feel guilty because you cannot lose weight, or you don't have time to exercise, or you don't have time to prepare good foods. My response to you is BUNK! If it is something you want to do you will find time to do it. It is your life!!!

While I am talking about "life" it is necessary to understand a very basic principle about our existence. One cannot go to a doctor and get healed any more than taking medications will provide healing. The only thing in life you and I own that provides healing is our body and it is imperative we take care of it. However, if you are unwilling to take care of your own body and by extension, your health, do not come to the rest of us and expect us to pay for your health care needs. Life is not easy, deal with it.

5) for those weak citizens with their hands held out and expecting government to provide for them, we will work for YOU because we know you will have better care with our approach than any government run program could ever provide, and

6) we will continue to expand our efforts as long as we have the resources and the energy.
